Pioneer Fire Company congratulates Firefighter Sam Ford after being sworn in as a career firefighter for the Norristown Fire Department last week. Firefighter Ford has been a member of the Pioneer Fire Company for several years and has been an active and integral member of the firefighting crew. He was named the Eric R. Feltyberger Firefighter of the Year Award for 2022 in honor of his contributions and dedication to Jenkintown. We congratulate Sam on achieving his goal of being hired as a career firefighter, and we hope to continue to see him as a presence at Pioneer.
