As we enter into the warm weather months, the members of the Jenkintown Volunteer Fire Department conducted a live-fire training session this week. Members worked between engine and ladder company functions including: search and rescue, victim removal, advancing hose lines, deploying ground ladders, forcible entry, and fire suppression.

Members will spend the ensuing months continuing to hone their skills to improve upon each of these key tasks.
